First of all I must mention that I was a anxious and nervous person before I met Luis. I had fears about a possible person who would dare to set foot on my land, I was always worried that someone would come into my house and attack my daughter or my wife. I was always looking over my shoulder in case someone else approached me without my knowledge. In short, all these fears deteriorated my daily life and my pleasure of living peacefully. I slept badly, I had digestion problems, concentration problems, difficulty leaving my home, I walked my property every evening, in order to lock all doors, vehicles and access to the property.Hypnotherapy allowed me to refocus on myself, to take full advantage of my living environment as well as my wife and my daughter. Luis and I worked on my fear of success and lack of motivation. The experience was amazing. Luis is such a great therapist. Four months ago I came to Luis ready to quit smoking. I had tried EVERYTHING to quit several times over the years and nothing worked.  I told him  that I was ready to quit for good and was failing on my own.  He took the time to find out what would trigger me to smoke and what I could do instead.  I have ben cigarette free since my session with him and am finally free from cigarettes!  I had been a smoker for twenty years and I am now so proud to call myself a non-smoker !  I am so grateful to have worked with Luis, and now schedule a session with him before I start a fast so I know that I will be successful!Also, I have always heard the benefits of fasting but had always failed in the past when I tried, feeling like I never had the discipline to get through more than a few hours.    I came to Luis with the goal of achieving my first 72 hour fast and I told him the areas I struggled with.  Not only was he knowledgeable about the benefits of fasting  but I was finally successful! From a very young age, I had a lot of negative beliefs instilled in me. I suffered from Fibromyalgia, I had low self-esteem, low self-confidence, and I was afraid to change.
